My body is screaming in protest...

I found it very difficult to get out of bed this morning. Every muscle was sore...please believe me when I say EVERY! From my neck to the bottom of my poor feet, and every muscle in between. I was very nervous about the upcoming workout, but I completed it...weeeellll, let me say I did the best I could. I feel as though I'm at the bottom and I'm clawing my way back up again. Why is it the older you get, the harder it is to come back? Before the insanity, I went to the farmer's market. I got blueberries, peaches, squash, zucchini, and a watermelon. I couldn't wait to try the blueberries, I have already been popping them in my mouth like they were candy! On to the to-do list for day three:
  1. next Insanity workout
  2. make dental and vision appts
  3. continue with the garage sale prep

Not gonna lie...

Well, I completed everything on my day one list. The workout was just as it is titled...INSANITY!! I did as expected, had to take many breaks. I worked at my ability, which seemed to be that of a 60 year-old! Nowhere to go but up!!! I didn't realize just how out of shape I was. This workout is definitely not for beginners! Yes, there was even a tear or two...not gonna lie! Hopefully such hard work will produce awesome results! To-do list for day two:
  1. Insanity workout-day 3
  2. Farmer's Market (I want a watermelon!)
  3. Clean out (at least 2 more) drawers
